How it all began...

My father trained German Shepherds for soldiers in World War II.

This means that I am basically pre-loaded with dog knowledge and a love for dogs.

I had my first experiences in the area of training and dealing with dogs with my own dogs.

In 1989 I started teaching as a trainer in a dog club in Augsburg (I was a doctor's assistant in my main job, then a foreign language correspondent and management assistant)

In 1995 I completed an internship at the guide dog school “Blickpunkt” in Hesse

In 1997 I completed my training as a veterinary alternative practitioner

This was followed by several “training courses for trainers” and internships at Petra Führmann’s dog school in Aschaffenburg

From 1998 I worked as a lecturer for canine studies and instructor for dog trainers at Paracelsus

In 2004 I founded the dog school “Mc Wolfi” and rented an outdoor space in Wollbach

In 2004 I started with dog dance shows at various fairs and dog events

Since 2005 I have been a judge for dog dancing and organizer of large tournaments – I founded the association “Rock'n Dog”

In 2006, I rented the dog sports hall and the outdoor area in Zusmarshausen. That year I also started giving seminars outside

In 2007 I trained as an agility trainer with Herbert Köhler

In 2008 I published my first book “Dogdance - the creative dog sport” in the Müller Rischlikon publishing house

In 2009 I released the DVD “Trick Training for Beginners”. Several DVDs and books followed in the following years

In 2010 I started with Luna for Germany in dog dancing at the world's largest dog show "Crufts" in Birmingham

In 2010 I developed the new dog sport JAD-Dogs, for which I have now trained over 50 trainers throughout Europe

In 2010, I handed over the management of Mc Wolfi to two trainer colleagues so that I could concentrate fully on shows and away seminars

In 2011 I completed a training as a presenter at the first German television

In 2012, my Labrador dog Luna and I took part in the Supertalent

In 2012 my book and DVD on JAD-Dogs were published

Since 2013 I have been training dog sport trainers in the areas of trick, dog dancing, lunging and JAD-Dogs

In 2014, I started teaching in America. Since then, I have been traveling regularly with my dogs to the USA to be active there as a trainer and with my shows

In Florida, I completed several internships at a dolphin rescue center – rescuing and training injured dolphins

In 2014, I also became a certified dog trainer according to § 11, paragraph 1, no. 8f of the Animal Welfare Act. I was also examined by the Augsburg Veterinary Office as the manager of my dog center Mc Wolfi and for the shows with my own dogs.

In April 2015, the dog school “Mc Wolfi” became the dog center “Mc Wolfi”, whose management I took over again in July 2015

In 2016 I successfully completed nine dummy tests with six of my dogs

In 2016 I had an engagement with my dogs in the Circus “DOGS”

In 2016, we took second place in the show “Superaffengeil” in the search for animal talents

In 2017 I completed my training as a dock diving trainer in Florida

In July 2017 I founded the online dog school “Micadogs”

In 2017 I completed my training as a clicker trainer

In May 2018 I started training as a clown and comedy artist

In 2018 I completed my training as a dummy trainer

Since spring 2019 I have been active with my dogs on Fuerteventura

Since June 2019 I have been a trainer of the dogs of the Thai King “Rama V”

Since April 2020, my pack also includes a mini pig named “Miracoli”

2021 Construction of a dog center with veterinarian in Altenmünster

In 2021 I was diagnosed with 3 cancers

In 2022 the little boar “Macker-Edi” joined my pack

2023 August – end of my therapies – my healing
